Eva Burrows College (The Salvation Army) is seeking a friendly, organised and customer focused individual to join our team as a College Services and Customer Support Officer.

In this highly varied role, you will be the welcoming face of the College, providing high-quality customer service to students, staff, visitors and conference/event users. You will support students across the full lifecycle, assist with administrative processes, and help ensure the smooth operation of our campus, events and accommodation.

The opportunity is permanent, part-time (17.4 hours a week) onsite position with some flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver frontofhouse customer service across reception, phone, email and online channels.
  • Assist students with admissions, enrolment, course information, LMS access and general enquiries.
  • Maintain student records and ensure data accuracy in CRM and Student Management Systems.
  • Support learning content and LMS updates, navigation and tier‑1 troubleshooting.
  • Drive engagement activities including outbound campaigns and retention/alumni support.
  • Provide campus and event support including bookings, administrative tasks, security access and basic IT/AV assistance.

About you:

You are approachable, organised and confident working in a busy, customer focused environment. You enjoy helping people, learning new systems, and working collaboratively with others. Experience in education sector, customer service or administration is highly valued.
