Full Time Permanent Contract

$104,539 to $125,092 per annum

Total effective package $128,083 - $154,041

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager People and Workplace Culture, this role will coordinate, design and facilitate the professional development and training of all Congress staff, with a strong focus on supporting the growth and development of Aboriginal staff.


What we are looking for?

A person with:

  • Is of Aboriginal descent; identifies as an Aboriginal person; and is accepted as an Aboriginal person by the community.
  • Experience in Learning & Development with possession of Cert IV in Training & Assessment or the willingness to obtain.
  • A passion for the development of workers and aligning learning pathways to strategy and succession plans.
  • Great team player with excellent stakeholder management capability.
  • High level of motivation with the ability to work independently and cooperatively within a team environment.
  • Current NT Drivers License.
  • Willingness, ability and appropriate levels of health and fitness to travel to and work from remote locations if required.
