We’re seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Support Officer to join the Compliance and Enforcement
Reporting to the Director Compliance and Enforcement this role offers variety, opportunities to contribute to meaningful initiatives, and exposure to people-focused programs that support our Investigators and Inspectors.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a range of administration and coordination support to ensure the efficient operation of the team, escalating issues where required
- Collect, compile and prepare documentation, correspondence and information to support decision-making and information flow
- Update and maintain records and databases, ensuring information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible in line with systems and processes
About you: To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be adaptable and comfortable managing shifting priorities
- Be able to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously when required

Salary Grade 3/4, with the base salary for this role starting at $84659 base plus superannuation
