Committee Liaison Officer – Brisbane


ABOUT THE ROLE

Mosaic Property Group is seeking a proactive Committee Liaison Officer / Body Corporate Liaison to join our high-performing caretaking team.

This pivotal role acts as the central link between Mosaic, Body Corporate Committees, and stakeholders—driving clear communication, strong governance, and seamless coordination across the portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Building Management, you will represent Mosaic, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality service delivery.

You will take ownership of outcomes, proactively resolving issues, improving processes, and supporting smooth caretaking operations. With a strong focus on customer experience, you will ensure residents and committees feel informed, supported, and valued.

Success in this role requires initiative, sound judgement, and a solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to confidently navigate a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.

Key responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to:

  • Provide end-to-end support to Body Corporate and Committee members, including coordinating meetings, attending AGMs and committee meetings, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for resident and Committee enquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely, professional, and clear communication at all times.
  • Coordinate building operations across multiple sites, including onboarding new buildings and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct routine site visits and inspections, accurately recording findings and proactively addressing maintenance and presentation standards.
  • Manage project workflows from initiation to completion, including sourcing quotes, coordinating contractor engagement, securing approvals, and tracking progress.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across internal systems to support compliance, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports, monitor key dates (including AGMs, budgets, and compliance milestones), and ensure follow-up actions are completed within required timeframes.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, contracts, and compliance requirements, including Caretaking Agreements.
  • Draft and distribute communications to owners and residents regarding caretaking matters, building updates, and operational changes.
  • Support the administration and setup of new buildings, ensuring a smooth transition and effective establishment of processes and documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, external contractors, and key stakeholders to support seamless operations and service delivery.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Client focused and passionate about building relationship internally as well as with external stakeholders, and customer engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience in building management, body corporate, strata or property management.
  • Understanding of body corporate requirements, legislation and governance requirements.
  • Strong in communication, problem-solving, organisation, time management, attention to detail and customer service.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality outcomes and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with MYBOS is highly advantageous.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a strong can-do approach.
