We are excited to welcome a full-time Service Coordinator to our team in Labrador, QLD. As a Service Coordinator, you will help connect quality support with meaningful outcomes, leading a team that empowers people with disability to live with dignity, choice and confidence.

About The Role
As a Service Coordinator, you won’t just manage day-to-day operations, you’ll be part of a vibrant local team that keeps services running smoothly and people at the centre of every decision. You will be coordinating supports, guiding rosters, backing your staff and helping customers feel confident, connected and well supported, all in line with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework. You will work closely with the Service Manager and local team. The role will encompass both community services and Supported Independent Living, supporting consistent, person-centred service delivery across both settings.

You will lead by example, building trust, confidence, and a culture of high performance within your team.
Given the diverse nature of this position across both Community Services and Supported Independent Living, prior experience within the disability sector and leading frontline teams is essential.
- You will leverage your experience managing Supported Independent Living (SIL) services to drive service excellence, uphold compliance standards, and support customers to achieve their goals and aspirations. Experience managing Supported Independent Living services is highly desirable.
- You will champion fresh thinking, encouraging and empowering others to explore creative solutions that break down barriers and achieve remarkable outcomes.
- You will communicate with respect and courage, fostering understanding and unity aligned with our organisational values.
- You will focus your energy on what matters most, expertly balancing the needs of customers, your team, and the organisation to create lasting, positive results.
- Your deep understanding of the disability sector ensures you help design and nurture truly person-centred living environments.
- You will embrace technology and streamlined processes, ensuring seamless, high-quality service delivery every day.
