About the Role
We are seeking caring, reliable, and passionate Aged Care Support Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high quality in-home support that promotes independence, wellbeing, and quality of life for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence support.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and safe use of mobility aids.
- Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and hydration.
- Perform light domestic duties including cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, and maintaining a safe home environment.
- Assist with grocery shopping and running essential errands.
- Provide transport to appointments, social outings, and community activities.
- Offer companionship and emotional support while encouraging social engagement.
- Administer or assist with medications in accordance with company policies and qualifications.
- Observe, monitor, and promptly report any changes in clients' physical, emotional, or mental wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
- Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, Care Coordinators, allied health professionals, and family members.
- Follow individual care plans and uphold all organisational policies and procedures.
- Adhere to infection prevention and control practices and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Maintain client privacy, dignity, confidentiality, and respect at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Compassionate, professional, and client-centred approach to care.
Desirable
- Previous experience in community aged care or residential aged care.
- Experience supporting clients living with dementia.
- Medication competency.
- Manual handling experience.
- Certificate in Dementia Care, Palliative Care, or similar qualifications.
