Full job description

LEDA Support Services provides high-quality, person-centred support to people with disabilities across North Brisbane. As we continue to expand our services, we are looking to grow our team to support more clients. No experience is required – full training and ongoing guidance are provided.

About the Role:
As a Disability Support Worker, you will:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Support clients to engage in social, community, and recreational activities.
  • Follow individual support plans to ensure safety, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.
  • Observe and report changes in clients’ health or behaviour.

  • Current Blue Card/Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current Disability Worker Screening Card/Yellow Card (or willingness to obtain).
  • First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
