Job Title:

Support Worker – Disability & Aged Care

About Us:

Bridge to Better Care provides high‑quality, person‑centred support to clients across NSW. We focus on independence, dignity, and meaningful daily living.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to assist clients with daily living tasks, community access, and personal care. The ideal candidate is patient, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care (showering, grooming, toileting)
  • Assist with domestic tasks (cleaning, meal preparation, laundry)
  • Support clients with community access and appointments
  • Implement behaviour support strategies where required
  • Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
  • Follow NDIS practice standards and organisational policies

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working With Children Check (if applicable)
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Experience in disability or aged care (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
