We are currently looking for suitable Support staff in all Perth suburbs.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Support
  • Domestic Assistance –General hygienic clean
  • Personal Care –Showering, Dressing, Hygiene etc.
  • Meal planning and preparation
  • Medication prompting / or administration
  • Respite assistance
  • Transportation - Appointments, Shopping, Social
  • Overnight Care - Active or Passive

Requirements & Attributes:

  • Medication Charts (if available) are correctly documented.
  • All required documentation is recorded in on Visual Care system
  • All Policies and Procedures as per KC standards
  • Own or have access to a registered vehicle, must be roadworthy and hold a valid drivers licence
  • Competent English Language Skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to treat all clients with respect, dignity, compassion under any/all circumstances
  • Ability to do Personal Care and Domestic Care
  • Previous Experience in Disability or Aged Care
  • Ability to follow and adhere to the KompleteCare Core Values

Qualifications:

  • Certificate 3 Individual Support / Aged - Disability
  • Cert 4 or EN Trained (Advantageous)
  • NDIS clearance
  • Working with Children clearance
  • Medication trained (Preferred but not essential)
  • First Aid / CPR
  • Manual Handling
