Platinum Healthcare is seeking a number of Support Workers to join our team working in various Perth Suburbs.

South locations include: Rockingham, Baldivis

Central locations include: Cloverdale, Gosnells

Perth city - Male support worker experienced with client with ABI

Perth Northern Suburbs – Female Support Worker

About You:

  • Ideally 2+ years’ experience in disability care
  • Calm, reliable, and respectful in how you work with others
  • Clear communicator who listens well and keeps boundaries
  • Positive Behaviour Support experience is an advantage

You'll need:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • First Aid, Manual Handling & Hand Hygiene
  • Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • Driver’s licence and insured, roadworthy vehicle
  • Cert III (or higher) in a relevant field, or currently studying in healthcare
