About the Role
As an Aged Care Support Worker, you will support clients in their homes and community by:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with social and community engagement
- Supporting daily living activities
- Monitoring client wellbeing and reporting concerns
- Maintaining clear and detailed case notes
- Building trusting relationships with clients and families
What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements
To apply, you must have:
- Current Federal Police Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Certificate III in Ageing Support, Individual Support, or Community Care
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Comprehensive car insurance
