In this role, you’ll:

  • Provide personalised daily living support, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Encourage independence and help participants engage in hobbies, social activities, and community access.
  • Follow tailored support plans and collaborate with families and our care team.
  • Promote dignity, safety, and inclusion in every interaction.
  • Enjoy autonomy in managing day-to-day support tasks while knowing you’re backed by a supportive team.

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to participants’ needs.
  • Experience in disability support or mental health (desirable, not essential).

Requirements:

  • First Aid & CPR certification.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
