14/7 roster, with a salary of $91, 519k + super

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

THE POSITIONS

• Minesite cleaners
• Housekeeping
• Catering Utility
• Bar & Retail
• Gardener / Grounds

Duties:

• To maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the minesite to ensure a safe and healthy environment for workers.
• To ensure all accommodation and common areas are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained to provide a safe and comfortable environment.
• To support the kitchen and dining operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
• To serve beverages and manage retail sales while providing excellent customer service and maintaining stock and cleanliness standards.
• To maintain outdoor areas to ensure they are safe, tidy and visually appealing.

THE PERSON

• This role requires unrestricted working rights.

• Background in hospitality, housekeeping, industrial or commercial cleaning
• Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safe use of equipment
• High attention to detail and ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Willingness to work in remote locations and hot weather conditions
• Western Australian Driver’s Licence required
• Ability to work 11-hour shifts, day or night, and assist in other areas as needed
