A Customer Banking Specialist at Commonwealth Bank of Australia is mainly a front-line banking and customer service role in branches or contact centers.
Main work responsibilities
Helping customers open bank accounts
Assisting with credit cards, savings accounts, and loans
Answering questions about banking products
Supporting customers with online/mobile banking
Handling cash transactions and payments
Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products
Meeting customer service and sales targets
Resolving complaints or banking issues
Pay: $5,000.00 – $6,500.00 per month
