we launch kongfumall.com, a next-generation data-driven logistics platform, we are seeking a seasoned data leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

Develop, direct, and implement the supply chain data management and analytics strategy in line with company objectives

Lead the design and delivery of analytical solutions to support the launch and ongoing operation of kongfumall

Data Operations and Intelligence

Manage the collection, processing, and quality assurance of supply chain data to produce actionable intelligence for operations and business development

Oversee day-to-day data operations, ensuring systems and processes meet performance and compliance standards

Team Leadership and Development

Recruit, train, and manage a small data and analytics team, including performance management and professional development

Provide leadership in liaising with internal stakeholders (operations, IT, finance) and external clients or partners

Reporting and Management

Liaise with contracts, accounts, and finance personnel to ensure financial timelines and targets are met

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 2 years’ recent and relevant work experience in data management or analytics within supply chain or logistics; Qualifications preferred in data science, information systems, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13,806.06 – $162,276.81 per year
