Full job description

We need excellent Computer Repair Technicians to join our team of professional hardware repair service team.

We are a global company and looking for self motivated, self-managed and customer friendly computer repair people who will perform hardware computer repairs every day in the Western Sydney and North region covering North Sydney to the Northern Beaches and across to the Northern Hills district and down to inner west.

We will supply you with training at our cost to become certified. You simply need to perform the hardware warranty repairs across the day at pre-scheduled client locations.

In a quick Summary: Each PREVIOUS day; you will get your list of repairs for the NEXT day. Each morning, you will pick up your parts for the scheduled repairs from our depot, then make your way to each repair.

You use our phone Apps to guide you and alert the client you are on the way. You will arrive, be very friendly, then repair the computer with the new part we have provided. Once finished, you get a signature from the customer and mark the repair as 'complete' on our App on your phone and move onto the next repair. Sometimes there are many repairs in one location.

You need to have a valid driver's licence, be trustworthy, reliable and dependable. Most of all you need to FOLLOW our processes and be CUSTOMER Focused.

This job is flexible, allows you to work independently and as part of a national team of field engineers.

If you already have CompTIA A+ certification, it will work in your favour. If you have worked in PC Field hardware repairs previously (e.g. QSL, Unisys, HP, Fujitsu) please apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week

Application Question(s):

  • Are you willing to collect parts each morning from the warehouse then drive to each customers work (or home) to perform the hardware repairs under our warranty. There are no sales expected as the repair is under WARRANTY so we JUST replace the parts we have pre-arranged.
