Full job description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Computer & Mobile Repair Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair computer and mobile phone hardware and software issues.
  • Perform quality repairs efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in computer and mobile device repairs.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Preferred (Not Essential):

  • Ability to speak Arabic or Assyrian.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday. 10Am to 5PM
