As an IT Service Desk Analyst L1, you'll be the first point of contact for team members across Australia, New Zealand and Canada, providing support and solutions that help keep our business running smoothly. Working from our Brisbane Support Centre, you'll receive hands-on experience, exposure to a variety of technologies and systems, and the opportunity to grow your technical skills within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

What you'll be doing

• Providing first-line support via phone and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshooting technology issues and helping users find solutions.
• Logging, managing and prioritising support requests.
• Escalating more complex issues to specialist IT teams when required.
• Creating and maintaining easy-to-follow support documentation.
• Assisting with IT asset management and system administration activities.
• Contributing ideas that improve processes and the overall user experience.
• Supporting technology projects and business initiatives across the organisation.

What we're looking for

You may already have experience in a service desk environment, or you may be looking to take your first step into the IT industry.
