IT Support Specialist

Data#3 | Australia

Deliver Exceptional IT Support Across Enterprise Environments

Data#3 is seeking a customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to end users and business clients. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and Microsoft platform issues while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced IT environment.

What You'll Do?

Technical Support

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to users and customers.

Troubleshoot Windows operating system, hardware, and software issues.

Support Microsoft 365 applications and cloud services.

Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

Resolve network connectivity and user access issues.

Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.

Service Desk & Incident Management

Log, track, and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs.

Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required.

Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and technical procedures.

Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.

Customer & Infrastructure Support

Deliver professional and responsive customer service.

Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.

Assist with software deployments, upgrades, and user onboarding.

Support hardware installations, replacements, and maintenance activities.

Monitor IT systems and proactively identify potential issues.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in IT support, service desk, or desktop support environments.

Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.

Experience with Active Directory user administration.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or similar certifications.

Knowledge of ITIL service management practices.

Exposure to Microsoft Azure and cloud technologies.

Experience supporting enterprise or managed services environments.
