Full job description

This is a great opportunity for a Cadet looking to build a long term career in construction. Based in our NSW office, you will support the delivery of large scale industrial projects while learning from experienced Project Managers and Contract Administrators.

From day one, you will be exposed to the full project lifecycle, from design through to completion. You will gain hands on experience in contract administration, cost control, procurement, reporting and stakeholder coordination, all within a supportive team environment that values learning, accountability and doing things properly.

If you are curious, organised, keen to learn and enjoy working in a fast paced project environment, this role will set you up with strong foundations for a career in construction and project delivery.


Job requirements
  • Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Construction Management, Project Management or Engineering

  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

  • Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships

  • Good time management and organisational skills

  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • A proactive, positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Eligibility to work in Australia


Job responsibilities
  • Support Project Managers and Contract Administrators across active construction projects

  • Assist with subcontractor procurement, tendering and contract documentation

  • Help maintain project budgets, cost reports and forecasts

  • Process invoices, progress claims and variations

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and registers

  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams

  • Attend project and site meetings as required

  • Support quality, safety and compliance requirements on projects

  • Learn and apply best practice contract administration processes
