We're looking for a reliable and motivated Construction Labourer to join our team. For the right person, there may be an opportunity to progress into a Carpentry Apprenticeship in the future.

The Role
You'll work alongside experienced carpenters and tradespeople, helping keep projects moving efficiently and safely.

Duties may include:

• Assisting carpenters and trades on site
• Site set-up and clean-up
• Loading, unloading and moving materials
• Basic demolition work
• Operating hand and power tools
• Material collection and deliveries
• Maintaining a safe and organised worksite
• General labouring and construction support

What we're looking for (essential):

• White Card
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable and punctual
• Physically fit and capable of manual work
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
• Commitment to safe work practices

Desirable:

• Previous labouring or construction experience
• Experience working alongside carpenters or builders
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Truck licence
• Interest in building a long-term career in construction
