About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing residential construction team in Perth. This role is ideal for a motivated construction professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality homes, maintaining strong trade relationships, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

You will oversee multiple residential builds, manage trades and suppliers, and ensure compliance with WA building regulations and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate residential builds from slab through to handover
  • Manage trades, suppliers, and site scheduling
  • Maintain build timelines and ensure projects stay on programme
  • Conduct quality control inspections at all stages of construction
  • Ensure compliance with WA building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
  • Communicate regularly with clients, office staff, and management
  • Proactively identify and resolve site issues
  • Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting

About You

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience supervising residential builds in WA
  • Strong knowledge of the WA residential building process
  • Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Trade background preferred but not essential
