Our Location — Warren, NSW Warren is a welcoming rural town situated in the Macquarie Valley, approximately 470km north-west of Sydney and 100km west of Dubbo. The Role We are seeking reliable, hard-working General Labourers to join our growing team in the Central West. You'll be working across a variety of construction and concreting projects, supporting tradies and operating in a hands-on outdoor environment. Responsibilities • Assist concreters and carpenters on-site • Manual handling, site preparation and clean-up • Formwork assembly and stripping • Mixing, pouring and finishing concrete under supervision • Operate basic hand and power tools • Follow all site safety procedures and WHS requirements

What We're Looking For • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions • Reliable, punctual and a strong team player • Current White Card (Construction Induction) — essential • Driver's licence — preferred • Willingness to learn and work towards further qualifications • Previous labouring or construction experience advantageous but not essential

Roster & Accommodation • Preferred roster: 14 days on / 7 days off — other swings negotiable • On-site accommodation available where required • Assistance finding accommodation in Warren township if needed • 88-day visa (regional work) accepted — long-term qualified staff preferred
