About the Role
LCLN Pty Ltd is seeking a Contract Administrator to support the management of commercial agreements across the LCLN Group. The role is responsible for administering contracts and commercial arrangements across the LCLN Group, including sponsorship, influencer, marketing, production, game development, employment and other business agreements.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of commercial agreements entered into by LCLN Pty Ltd and its associated entities, including:

  • Preparing and administering a range of commercial agreements, including sponsorship, influencer, marketing, production, game development and employment-related contracts
  • Assisting with contract review and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, extensions and terminations
  • Monitoring sponsor and partner deliverables, ensuring contractual obligations are met
  • Maintaining contract registers and tracking key dates, milestones and compliance requirements
  • Supporting the implementation and improvement of contract management systems and processes
  • Identifying contractual risks and escalating issues where required

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Proven 2+ years experience in contract administration
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to draft and review contracts
  • Interest in the gaming industry and understanding of its landscape, including key regulatory trends and frameworks
  • Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools including Monday.com and Discord
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
