Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Compliance — Manage day-to-day venue operations including staff scheduling, inventory, quality control, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Guest Experience — Deliver exceptional customer service, address feedback promptly, and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Team Leadership — Recruit, train, and motivate staff across all roles, fostering a positive, collaborative environment that supports professional growth.
• Financial Management — Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement pricing and menu strategies to maximise profitability.
• Inventory & Procurement — Oversee inventory levels, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts to ensure favourable supply terms.
• Marketing & Events — Plan and execute promotions, special events, and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to attract and retain customers.
• Reporting & Insights — Generate regular KPI reports, present findings to senior management, and use data and feedback to drive continuous improvements.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• License Controller Qualification or General Manager certificate would be favorable.
• Proven understanding of food and beverage service standards.
• Proven understanding of restaurant financials and cost control.
