Remuneration: Dependent on Qualification

  • Administration Officer Level 3/4/5 : $37.27 - $42.46 per hour
  • Medical Records Administrator: $38.55 - $49.87 per hour
    In addition to base salary, all roles attract 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging + Flexible Working (subject to approval)

Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

  • Completion of a recognised ICD-10-AM coding course or relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Health Information Management (with a clinical coding component).
  • Could you please tell us about your coding experience and whether you have used the 3M Code finder software?
  • You will be required to meet deadlines in this position. How would you ensure that these deadlines are met?
  • What is your understanding of a DRG (Diagnosis Related Group) and how this relates to clinical coding?
  • What PAS (Patient administration systems) have you used or are familiar with?
