- Part-time position (22.8 hours per week) and casual opportunities available
- $33.40 per hour (not including casual loading) + Superannuation
Key responsibilities:
- Handling customer enquiries across phone, email, and in-person.
- Processing membership requests, cancellations, credits, and refunds.
- Managing and maintaining customer account details.
- Responding to and resolving billing enquiries and disputes and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations across GEL facilities.
About You
You are a natural problem-solver with strong administrative skills and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. You communicate confidently with a diverse range of people and can manage sensitive or complex enquiries with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in an administration, customer service, membership, or client-facing role.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills.
- Sound technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- A collaborative approach and a positive, proactive attitude.
- The ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009) certificates, or the willingness to obtain them.
