Turn Your Love of Art into a Rewarding After-School Role

Are you passionate about art and love helping children build their confidence and creativity?

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic Art Teachers to join our growing after-school team. This is a rewarding opportunity to inspire young artists, share your creative skills and make a positive difference each week.

You do not need to be an experienced classroom teacher. We welcome artists, art students, educators and creative people who enjoy working with children. Lesson plans, art materials, training and ongoing support are provided, so you can focus on creating a fun and encouraging experience for your students.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide students through fun and engaging art projects
  • Encourage creativity, effort and individual expression

  • Provide brief updates on student progress and participation
  • Communicate professionally with parents, carers and school staff when needed

Position Details

Hours: Weekday afternoons, generally between 3:00pm and 5:00pm

Essential Requirement

  • A valid Working With Children Check number
