About Sukkar

Sukkar is a fast-growing Australian dessert brand specialising in premium pistachio spreads, crunchy kataifi spreads and indulgent dessert products. We’re looking for a creative, driven individual to take ownership of our content and influencer marketing efforts.

The Role

We are seeking a full-time Content Creator & Influencer Coordinator to create engaging content, manage our social media presence, coordinate influencer partnerships and help grow the Sukkar brand across Australia.

Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Film and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook
  • Create engaging product-focused content
  • Develop content concepts based on trends and viral formats
  • Produce 30–60 pieces of content per month

Social Media Management

  • Manage Instagram, TikTok and Facebook accounts
  • Schedule and publish content
  • Monitor engagement and community interactions
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms

Influencer & UGC Outreach

  • Identify and contact influencers and creators
  • Coordinate product gifting campaigns
  • Manage creator relationships
  • Source and organise UGC content for marketing campaigns

Photography

  • Product photography for website, social media and marketing materials
  • Lifestyle and brand photography
  • Organise and execute content shoots

Requirements

  • Experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram
  • Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
  • Excellent photography and content creation skills
  • Understanding of social media trends and viral content
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

Preferred

  • Experience with food, beverage or e-commerce brands
  • Experience working with influencers and UGC creators
  • Basic graphic design skills
  • Understanding of Meta advertising creatives
