The Project

We are currently seeking a skilled, experienced Freelance Lifestyle Photographer for an upcoming shoot for one of our priority clients—a prominent Melbourne-based Clinician and Public Speaker.

This is a 2-hour lifestyle shoot executed at a scouted location in Eastern Melbourne (arranged by the agency). The goal is to capture a mix of polished, professional, and authentic lifestyle imagery that reflects their authority as a clinician and their dynamic energy as a public speaker.

This project is an immediate need, but as we scale, we are actively looking to build a trusted roster of freelance creators for long-term, recurring agency work across our multi-industry client portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Have a pre-shoot meeting with our team discussing the Shoot Brief and any questions you might have.
• Attend the scouted Melbourne location on the day of the shoot.
• Execute a precise, high-fidelity Shoot Brief provided by our Account Manager.
• Capture editorial-grade, lifestyle portraiture and action shots.
• Manage your own professional equipment (Camera, lenses, and necessary portable lighting tools).
• Deliver all raw, unedited high-resolution files (RAW format) to the agency’s shared secure drive within 72 hours of shoot completion.

What We Are Looking For

• Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating significant experience in lifestyle, editorial, or corporate/personal branding photography.
• Industry Versatility: Experience working with talent or professionals (doctors, speakers, founders) who need direction on camera to look natural and authoritative.
• Creators: We are specifically looking for independent, agile freelance photographers who can adjust their style based on the different contexts i.e. website photography vs LinkedIn photography. (Please note: We are not looking to partner with commercial photography studios for this project).
• Reliability & Vibe: Outstanding communication, absolute punctuality, and a professional on-set demeanor that makes our clients feel comfortable and elevated.
