Full job description

Keep the numbers balanced and the systems running smoothly.

At Affinity Education Group, we understand that behind every seamless transaction is a person who cares about precision, compliance, and service. We’re looking for a detail-driven Credit Card Administrator to join our Centre Support Office and play a key role in maintaining our corporate card program and supporting our Procure to Pay (P2P) team.

In this role, you’ll help keep our financial operations efficient, accurate, and aligned with policy as you:

  • Manage the end-to-end corporate card process – from issuing and maintaining cards to monitoring compliance and reconciling transactions.
  • Support cardholders with enquiries, training, and dispute resolution, partnering with our bank provider to ensure prompt outcomes.
  • Help maintain vendor records in SAP and Coupa, process invoices, run payment cycles, and assist with supplier queries.
  • Collaborate closely with the Procure to Pay Manager on reporting, end-of-month activities, and system improvements.
  • Support continuous improvement in procurement and accounts payable practices across the business.

Your attention to detail and proactive communication will help ensure we maintain the highest standards of professionalism and compliance – supporting Affinity’s mission of realising the potential in everyone.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in corporate credit card administration, accounts payable, or a similar finance function.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Coupa, or large ERP systems.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, reliable, and positive attitude with strong teamwork and service focus.
  • A tertiary qualification in Finance, Procurement, or Business (desirable).

Why Choose Affinity?

At Affinity, you’ll be part of a values-led organisation that believes in going above and beyond, having serious fun, and supporting people to shine. You’ll enjoy:

  • A competitive salary package.
  • Flexible working arrangements that support work-life balance.
  • Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities.
  • A 50% discount on childcare gap fees.
  • A collaborative, connected team that values your contribution.

Our Commitment

Affinity Education is a place where everyone belongs. We are committed to child safety, inclusion, and creating environments where our people and families feel valued and respected. We take a zero-tolerance approach to child abuse and harm.

Ready to Make an Impact?
If you’re a finance professional who thrives on accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and help keep Affinity running at its best!
