Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our customers are satisfied with our products and services, and will work closely with our sales and support teams to ensure customer retention and growth.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

• Understand customer needs and goals, and work with internal teams to ensure those needs are met
• Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and value enhancement.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop customer advocacy programs and case studies
• Act as a customer advocate within the company, providing feedback and insights to improve our products and services

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing relationship role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams
• Proven track record of driving customer retention and growth
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
• Experience working with SaaS products and services is a plus
