Ticket Assistant (Part Time)

Hours: Casual / Part Time
Availability: Weekend and school holiday availability preferred

Hi Voltage Entertainment is Perth's premier entertainment centre, featuring electric go-karting, glow mini golf, indoor play, café and bar facilities across a 5,500sqm venue.

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Ticket Assistants to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a fun and energetic workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting customers
• Processing bookings and payments through our booking system
• Answering phone calls and customer enquiries
• Checking in guests and managing race schedules
• Assisting with party and group bookings
• Promoting activities, memberships and special offers
• Maintaining a clean and professional front-of-house area
• Supporting other departments when required

About You

• Friendly and confident personality
• Excellent customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
