Customer Service Officer / Customer Experience – Opal HealthCare

Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer / Customer Experience professional to support residents, families, and care teams by ensuring smooth communication and a high standard of service within our aged care community.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors (front desk & phone support)
- Handle enquiries related to admissions, care services, and daily operations
- Coordinate resident admissions and onboarding processes
- Support documentation, records management, and compliance tasks
- Liaise with nurses, care managers, and hospitality teams
- Assist with complaint resolution and service recovery
- Maintain clear communication via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Support smooth day-to-day facility operations

- Experience in customer service, healthcare, or administration (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused approach
- High attention to detail and ability to manage documentation
- Ability to multitask in a busy care environment
