Customer Service Officer / Customer Experience – Opal HealthCare

Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer / Customer Experience professional to support residents, families, and care teams by ensuring smooth communication and a high standard of service within our aged care community.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors (front desk & phone support)

  • Handle enquiries related to admissions, care services, and daily operations
  • Coordinate resident admissions and onboarding processes
  • Support documentation, records management, and compliance tasks
  • Liaise with nurses, care managers, and hospitality teams
  • Assist with complaint resolution and service recovery
  • Maintain clear communication via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Support smooth day-to-day facility operations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in customer service, healthcare, or administration (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused approach
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage documentation
  • Ability to multitask in a busy care environment
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
