The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys helping people.

You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring every gifting experience is as seamless and special as the products we deliver.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, live chat and social media
  • Assist with orders, delivery enquiries and product recommendations
  • Resolve issues quickly and with empathy, aiming for first-contact resolution
  • Support returns and exchanges with ease and care
  • Work closely with our warehouse and delivery partners to keep customers informed
  • Capture customer feedback to help us continually improve
  • Maintain accurate records and stay up to date with products, promotions and processes
  • Deal with customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in customer service (retail, call centre or e-commerce)
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, seasonal environment
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach when handling challenges
  • Confidence using systems and learning new platforms (experience with Gorgias and or Shopify a bonus)
