We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a key operational role and the first point of contact for many of our customers, requiring accuracy, professionalism and a genuine appreciation for quality food and hospitality. What You’ll Do

• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
• Handle friendly, professional phone conversations with customers and suppliers
• Communicate clearly and professionally in written correspondence, including emails
• Receive, process and accurately enter customer orders
• Provide clear and timely advice on product availability, lead times and alternatives
• Support customers with order queries and general account assistance
• Liaise closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Maintain accurate records and assist with general administrative tasks
• Build positive, long-term relationships with restaurants, delis and hospitality clients

Who You Are

• Highly accurate with strong attention to detail
• Excellent phone manner with a friendly, confident and professional approach
• Able to write clear, concise and professional emails
• Well organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Experience or knowledge of restaurants, delis, hospitality or food products is highly regarded
• A collaborative team member with a strong customer service mindset

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
