Customer Service Cafe jobs in Sydney NSW

At Infinite Rehab, our customer service team is the friendly face (and voice) of everything we do. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients - whether they're walking through our clinic doors or being supported out in the community - and you'll help keep our whole operation running smoothly behind the scenes.

We're looking for someone to join us Mondays and Wednesdays, with the option of a third day, working 8:30am–5:00pm. It's a great fit if you're looking for meaningful part-time work with the flexibility to grow your hours over time.

What you'll be doing:

• Welcoming clients to our Gregory Hills clinic and helping them feel at ease
• Managing bookings, scheduling and diary coordination for both our clinic-based and community-based teams
• Answering phones and emails, and being the go-to person for client queries
• Supporting our clinicians with day-to-day admin so they can focus on great client care
• Liaising with funding bodies and referrers as needed (NDIS, Workcover, DVA, and similar)
• Keeping the front-of-house running like a well-oiled machine

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a customer service, reception or admin role (healthcare or allied health experience is a bonus, but not essential)
• Someone warm, organised, and unflappable when things get busy
• Great communication skills - you'll be dealing with clients, clinicians and outside organisations all in one day
• Comfortable with technology and picking up new systems
• A genuine interest in being part of a team that helps people
