ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Triglav (St Johns Park) & Mekong (Cabramatta) Venues, both only a short 10-minute drive from Liverpool, are currently seeking to appoint enthusiastic, energetic and service orientated Customer Service Attendants to join their team on a part-time basis.


As the face of our front line, you will work across a diverse range of areas, including bar, gaming and concierge.


To be successful in securing this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and experiences:

  • Previous experience within hospitality or a customer related role/ industry
  • Possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
  • A willingness to build a long term relationship with our customers
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Full availability and the ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights and weekends
  • Current NSW RSA & RCG
