Classification: Health Manager Level 2
Employment Type: Exempt Full Time (up to March 2028)
Remuneration: $114,251.00 - $134,809.00 per annum plus 12% superannuation
Hours per week: 38
Location: 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards / Sky Central, Charlestown – with flexible working arrangements available

About the opportunity
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Senior Business Analyst to deliver meaningful insights that drive performance across HealthShare service lines. In this role, you will develop and maintain key performance indicators, analyse complex business data, and provide reporting that supports informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Working closely with operational leaders and stakeholders, you will identify trends, monitor performance against targets, and present clear, actionable insights that help optimise business outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven professional who enjoys turning information into strategic value and influencing organisational performance through robust analysis and reporting.
