Systems / Process analyst that can plan, gather and assist with scoping for streamlining multiple projects.

About the Role:
A Business Process Analyst with strong project engagement skills and integration experience is required to work closely with the operations team. You will play a key role in mapping out and executing integration activities as a result of an exciting acquisition and integration.

About You:
This role will work alongside the core operations team It will demand strong coordination and delivery skills, the ability to review data and insights and recommend strategic suggestions, and advanced mapping, analytical and communication skills.

In addition the ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • A mix of project management, delivery or business analyst skills
  • Strong process mapping skills
  • Prior experience working on transformational projects and implementations
  • Professional services background - desired
  • Attention to detail, detail focused
  • Proven ability to work well in fast paced environment
  • Outstanding Project management skills
  • Should have some programming background experience.
  • Be able to prepare detailed project briefs and flow diagrams that can be used by programmers to support development work.
  • Be able to support doing documentation.
