Your new company

An exciting opportunity exists to join a major enterprise network transformation program. This initiative will replace a legacy Internet gateway service with a flexible, cloud-based solution, enabling a more agile and secure approach to managing enterprise internet access. The project will implement Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) technology to deliver enhanced security and performance across the organisation.

Your new role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the Discovery & Planning phase, with potential involvement in project execution. You will work closely with diverse stakeholders and external implementation partners, translating complex technical requirements into practical, secure, and scalable network outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate requirements discovery sessions and document outcomes.
  • Translate technical requirements (security protocols, network architecture, cloud integration) into actionable deliverables.
  • Collaborate across IT, Security, Network Operations, Compliance, Risk, and business SMEs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security standards, regulations, and frameworks.
  • Build strong relationships with external implementation partners for seamless integration.
  • Define acceptance criteria, traceability, and support UAT coordination.
  • Analyse data to identify risks, opportunities, and evaluate solution options.
  • Create process maps and reports documenting SASE workflows and change management activities.
  • Support Change Management with FAQs, training materials, and communications.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex, fast-paced environments (government or highly regulated industries preferred).
  • Strong requirements engineering, process modelling (as-is/to-be), and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to translate technical requirements into actionable business outcomes.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (sprint ceremonies, backlog management) and tools such as Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools relevant to network monitoring and security.

What you'll get in return
  • Initial 6-month contract with potential extension.
  • Competitive daily rate.
  • Hybrid working arrangement
  • Opportunity to work on a high-impact, enterprise-wide transformation project.
