Full job description
LOSCAM is seeking a full-time, permanent IT Application Administrator based at its Mulgrave, Victoria office to:
- provide 2nd level support to the business users on key applications.
- run BAU operations and administration of key applications.
- assist the Application Manager to manage and maintain the applications information structure and all its interfaces and when required conduct data integrity checks of integration data from external and internal systems to maintain accuracy and data hygiene for key process such as invoicing, stock control and financial data.
- ensure all month end and weekly process milestones are achieved, appropriate checks and review are undertaken, and all potential errors minimized.
- be key intermediary resource for the Application Managers and escalation point for Service Desk resources to resolve day to day issues and provide further understanding about Loscam’s business processes, procedures to end users.
- work within the business SLAs to ensure the core applications perform at an optimum level and meet all internal business users and external customers’ requirements in a 24/7 operating environment.
Knowledge & Experience:
· Diploma or above in Computing, Business or related disciplines and/or at least 3 years of relevant experience in a mid to large size organization working within an IT customer support role
· Demonstrated understanding of the integrated functions with a medium to large business and critical role that an ERP solution plays to be able to adequately support business processes and improve business performance.
· At least 3 years of relevant experience in mid to large size organization working within an IT Customer Support Role.
· Ability to interact and communicate effectively with both technical and business staff.
· Good presentation and communication skills
· Demonstrated customer face to face interaction skills.
· Excellent written, speaking, and interpersonal skills in English
· Being systematic, structured, and detail-oriented
· Ability to conduct troubleshooting research into IT issues and products as required.
· Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
· Highly self-motivated and directed.
· Strong customer service orientation.
System Skills:
- SQL Database and scripting language skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O experience.
- BAU functions of Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O. E.g., Invoicing, Reporting, Integration to other external and internal applications.
- BAU functions related to proprietary/enterprise systems. E.g., Data upload and user management.
- BAU functions of Goldmine. E.g., Data upload and user management
