What funding Deakin offers
- Up to three years of salary support from a Level A, Step 6 to a Level B classification, commensurate with experience. (Note: For international fellows, the third year is subject to meeting visa requirements. Refer to the guidelines for further information.)
- A one-off research support grant of $15,000, which is to be used for direct research costs that relate specifically to the research project.

Are you a recent PhD graduate? You're eligible if you received your PhD on or after January 1, 2023, or if your PhD award date, accounting for career interruptions, aligns with that date.
You must hold the right to work in Australia by the required commencement date, and no later than 31 March 2027.
