Customer Service Coordinator | Frenchs Forest | $72k - $82k + super

Location: Frenchs Forest, NSW

Job type: Permanent, full-time

Pay range: $72,000 - $82,000 per annum

Are you looking for a stable full-time customer service role with no sales or cold calling?

Helios Talent is recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy national service operations team based in Frenchs Forest.

You’ll be taking inbound calls from business customers, providing service updates, checking job progress, liaising with field technicians, and helping resolve issues when schedules change or urgent requests come through.

What you’ll be doing

· Taking inbound calls from business customers

· Providing updates on service bookings and technician attendance

· Checking internal systems for job progress

· Speaking with field technicians to confirm timing and updates

· Helping coordinate changes when delays or urgent issues occur

· Keeping accurate notes and customer updates

About you

You’ll suit this role if you are reliable, calm under pressure, and confident speaking with customers over the phone.

Experience in customer service, call centre, scheduling, dispatch, transport & logistics, administration, service coordination, or helpdesk would be well regarded.

You’ll need:

· Strong communication skills

· Good attention to detail

· Confidence using computer systems

· A practical, problem-solving approach

· Reliable transport to Frenchs Forest

· Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster

· Australian citizenship or permanent residency

Location

This role is based in Frenchs Forest and may suit applicants from the Northern Beaches, Lower North Shore, Chatswood, Forestville, Brookvale, Dee Why, Manly, St Leonards, Lane Cove, North Ryde, Macquarie Park, or surrounding areas.
