Deli All-Rounder – Food Preparation & Customer Service

Alan’s Deli | Greenfield Park, NSW

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking and friendly Deli All-Rounder to join our team at Alan’s Deli, located inside Vic’s Fresh IGA in Greenfield Park.

We’re a busy, fast-paced deli specialising in freshly made sandwiches, premium deli products and catering platters. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude and can deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing fresh sandwiches and deli products to a high standard
  • Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Slicing meats, preparing ingredients and restocking displays
  • Assisting with catering orders and platter preparation
  • Maintaining cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards
  • Working efficiently during busy periods
  • Opening and closing duties when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a deli, café, sandwich bar or food service environment preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and consistency
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good attention to detail and cleanliness
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
