This position is offered as a twelve (12) month contract/secondment opportunity with the possibility of extension/permanency.
POSITION OBJECTIVE
This position supports the coordination of division project management systems and assists with the central coordination of external reviews, findings and recommendations. Provides support in data capture, analysis, recording and reporting including maintaining the security of audit processes and reports. Coordinates training audits, scheduling travel and appointments with stakeholders.
APPLICATION PROCESS

Applicants are asked to address the following nominated work-related requirements in no more than two (2) pages:
Knowledge of and ability in learning compliance and audit – Contemporary knowledge and application of compliance to best practices and appropriate application of relevant national standards, qualifications and/or regulatory requirements.
Project management skills – Designing, planning, undertaking and reporting on simple programme development tasks utilising project management methodologies to deliver timely outcomes.
Applicants are also required to submit a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV). Your CV should provide enough detail (dot points are sufficient) to allow the selection panel to assess your skills and experience relevant to the Key Accountabilities of the attached Position Description Form.
The CV must also include the names and contact details of two (2) referees who can comment on the applicant’s ability to satisfy all of the Essential Work-Related Requirements. Applicants should nominate at least one immediate (most contemporary) supervisor/manager unless exceptional circumstances exist.
