About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help bring our iconic brands to life across digital and print!

Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll work collaboratively across the broader Marketing team, with a primary focus on Bonds. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of creative projects including social, digital, packaging, EDMs, OOH, in store POS and campaign rollouts.

This is a great opportunity for an emerging designer looking to build their skills in a fast-paced, in house environment while gaining exposure to some of Australia’s most recognised retail brands.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging, on brand creative across digital, social, retail and wholesale channels.
• Design EDMs, social content, web assets and campaign materials in line with brand and channel guidelines.
• Support the development and rollout of packaging, including updating templates and preparing final artwork to specification.
• Design print and in store assets including POS, retail campaigns and store windows.
• Support campaign rollouts across digital and print touchpoints, ensuring creative is delivered on brief, on brand and on time.
• Research, concept and develop creative solutions that align with marketing objectives and consumer needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce, Digital, Social, VM, Merchandise and Wholesale teams to bring campaigns and creative concepts to life.
• Contribute new ideas, creative thinking and continuous improvement while building your skills across design, trends and emerging creative tools.

About You

• Qualified in Graphic Design, with up to 1 year of industry experience.
• A strong foundation across both print and digital design.
• Confident using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat, with Figma experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for producing high-quality creative work.
• Creative, energetic, self-motivated and action-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys sharing ideas and working across different teams.

• Experience in retail/ecommerce, video editing, animation, UI/UX or Adobe After Effects would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.
