This role partners closely with the Consumer Finance Product Owners, Campaign Managers and Enterprise Data Delivery to design and deliver innovative marketing data products, suitable for Customer Decisioning and Data Science applications.

As a Manager, Cards Analytics and Decisioning, you will:

  • Lead a team of data analysts and data engineering and customer decisioning resources.

  • Drive innovation in data practices, tools, and team capabilities

  • Manage delivery of next best actions and analytics in accordance with requirements and agreed timelines.

  • Leverage insights from data to anticipate future requirements to support decision making.

  • Work with Digital, Data & Analytics and business stakeholders to develop a roadmap for evolution of data solutions to target state.

  • Drive upskilling of the team and transformation of ways of working.

  • Manage BAU deliverables for the Cards Analytics and Decisioning team

What you'll bring

  • Demonstrated Leadership of Analytics/Engineering teams

  • Strong verbal and written communication with and influencing Executives and stakeholders

  • Strong project management skills, delivering scope on schedule.

  • Results focused & takes initiative to exceed customer and business needs and expectations.

  • Ability to navigate a large complex organisation, and build relationships with senior stakeholders
