About the Role:

Join us at Hismile as a Graphic Designer, where you'll create engaging designs under the guidance of our Design Lead. You'll be responsible for producing impactful work across a multitude of areas including digital, print, retail, and social media. Collaborating closely with our creative team, you'll ensure that design briefs are not only met but exceeded, contributing to our innovative and dynamic brand presence.

About the team:

Role Responsibilities:

• Design across a mix of print, packaging and digital including product artwork, social content, emails and in-store assets
• Support the development of new products by assisting with packaging layouts, dielines and artwork finalisation
• Ensure all print files are accurate, consistent and production-ready with a strong eye for detail
• Create clean, on-brand digital assets such as banners, email layouts and website content with a basic understanding of user flow and conversion
• Work closely with senior designers and other team members to bring briefs to life with strategic and creative thinking
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality
• Take on feedback with a positive attitude and look to refine and improve your work
• Stay up to date with trends and best practices in design, digital and brand culture

What we look for:

• Bachelor of Arts (in Design or a related field), ideally with 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma, alongside a strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual aesthetics.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
