The Vessel Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and effective operation of the agency's vessel fleet.
This role serves as the Designated Person Ashore (DPA) under the National Law and AMSA requirements, providing critical oversight of maritime operations while supporting the professional development of vessel masters who serve as rangers in field operations.
