About the role

We are looking for an HSM Analyst / Developer to support the configuration and delivery of HSM‑based cryptographic solutions. This role is ideal for someone early to mid‑career in security or PKI who wants hands‑on experience working with hardware‑backed key protection.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Configuring standard HSM features, including:
  • Key storage and access controls
  • Role‑based access and partitioning
  • Audit logging and monitoring
• Developing basic to intermediate HSM automation, under guidance.
• Supporting key lifecycle activities in line with defined procedures.
• Assisting with HSM testing and defect resolution.
• Maintaining HSM configuration records and delivery documentation.
• Participating in agile delivery ceremonies.

What we’re looking for

• 2–4 years’ experience in security engineering, PKI, or related roles.
• 1–2+ years’ exposure to HSM platforms or cryptographic systems.
• Foundational understanding of cryptography and key management.
• Some scripting or automation experience.
• Strong attention to detail and security discipline.

Security Clearance

• Current NV2 Security Clearance

Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week
